Q. How many estimates do I need?
A. Just ONE. B&W Auto Body will provide you with an estimate, and help you through the repair process.  The insurance company has their own appraisers to verify any estimate you receive.

Q. Do I have to take it to the insurance company’s recommended repair facility?
A. NO. You have the legal right to choose where you want to have your vehicle repaired.

Q. What if the insurance estimate is different than yours?
A. Quite often the insurance estimate is lower than ours. We will work with the insurance company on your behalf to insure that your vehicle is repaired to the highest standard.

Q. Who do I pay my deductible to?
A. You will pay your deductible to B&W Auto Body when your vehicle is complete.

Q. Will you be able to match the paint?
A. Our refinishing technicians are ASE, I-CAR, and DuPont certified. We use the highest quality DuPont paint and have the equipment and materials needed to ensure that each vehicles paint matches.

Q. Will the repair work be guaranteed?
A. B&W Auto Body will guarantee the workmanship and paint for as long as you own your vehicle.
